Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to support the accuracy and consistency of our client work across paid media accounts and reporting. This is a full-time permanent position in our agency.
This role is responsible for reviewing ad accounts, reports, and tracking setups to ensure a high standard of delivery. You will work closely with Account Managers and team leads to identify issues, provide clear feedback, and support continuous improvement across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Audit paid media accounts (Meta, TikTok, Google) on an ongoing basis
Review ad copy, creatives, links, and customer journeys for accuracy and consistency
Validate tracking setups, including Meta Pixel and basic Google Tag Manager implementation
Review client reports to ensure data accuracy, correct calculations, and clear presentation
Log and categorise issues in a structured QA system
Produce clear QA summaries for each client account and report
Collaborate with Account Managers to highlight issues and support resolution
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal processes and standards
Requirements
Essential:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Previous experience in a QA, operations, or paid media-related role
Proficiency in Google Sheets (including formulas and data handling)
Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Swydo, Looker Studio, or similar)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana)
Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Basic understanding of tracking (Meta Pixel and event tracking fundamentals)
Desirable:
Experience within a digital marketing or agency environment
Experience reviewing or auditing ad accounts and campaigns
Understanding of customer journeys and conversion-focused marketing
