Abundant Management is a faith-based coaching program supporting Christian mothers through transformation and growth.
We are looking for a skilled, high-integrity sales professional to join our team on a contract basis and help connect qualified leads with our coaching program.
This is a closing focused role. Leads are warm and pre-qualified, booked directly into your calendar. Your job is to show up prepared, build rapport quickly, and guide prospects to a confident decision.
What You Will Be Doing
Taking inbound strategy/discovery calls booked through our scheduling system
Handling 10 to 15 calls per week (volume may grow over time)
Following our sales framework to move prospects through to enrolment
Tracking call outcomes and reporting results accurately
Representing the Abundant Management brand with professionalism and warmth
Who We Are Looking For
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience in high-ticket phone or video sales, ideally in coaching, education, or personal development
Comfortable with faith-aligned messaging and the values of the program
Based in or able to work fully within Central (CST) or Eastern (EST) time zones
Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
Familiar with CRM tools and calendar-based scheduling systems
Nice to Have
Experience selling coaching or transformation programs
Background working with female or faith-based audiences
Understanding of consultative sales or the "enrolment conversation" model
