HighPoint Law Offices, LLC is a creditor's rights firm seeking a licensed Texas attorney for a flexible, part-time remote position assisting with the review and execution of legal pleadings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to supplement their income while maintaining a flexible schedule.
The position is well-suited for attorneys who are comfortable working independently, are detail-oriented, and are proficient with basic legal technology. Based on current workflow, the anticipated time commitment is approximately 5–7 hours per week, though volume may vary.
Attorneys who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and engagement may have the opportunity to be considered for expanded responsibilities or future full-time roles as our firm continues to grow.
- Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a technology-driven environment
- Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required
- Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required
- Requirements
- Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness
- Electronically sign pleadings following review
- Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS)
- Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF
