CLARINE is a fast-growing women's watch brand scaling paid social on Meta. We need a UGC Manager who understands the goal isn't just content delivered, it's content that spends and converts.
THE ROLE: Source, brief, and manage UGC creators so that every piece of content produced has a real shot at becoming a winning ad. You're the bridge between our creative strategy and the creators who bring it to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Source and vet creators via Insense and our internal library. Brief creators using our creative frameworks. Manage deadlines and deliver assets to the creative team. Analyze creator performance and apply learnings to future briefs. Onboard winning creators to commission deals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 1 year managing UGC creators or influencers. E-commerce or DTC experience preferred. Familiar with Insense and Notion. Strong written English. Organized, proactive, fast communicator, performance-driven.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You think content delivered equals job done. You need to be micromanaged. You don't understand paid social.
