Community Manager (Content Execution under Brand Direction) – Wellness / Lifestyle Brand
We’re looking for a Community Manager to support the day-to-day execution of content for a growing wellness/lifestyle brand.
This is not a strategy role. The brand direction, messaging, and content strategy will be provided internally. We’re looking for someone who can translate that direction into consistent, well-executed content and manage the community with care and attention to detail.
Scope of Work
- Schedule and publish content (Instagram / TikTok)
- Adapt provided content guidelines into posts (captions, formatting, basic visual decisions)
- Manage comments and DMs in a timely and thoughtful way
- Engage with relevant accounts (light community engagement)
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and posting rhythm
- Coordinate with the team to ensure alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to follow and execute brand guidelines closely
- Organized and reliable (very important)
- Experience managing social media accounts (wellness/lifestyle is a plus)
- Good written English
- Comfortable working with structured direction (not a strategy role)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok growth
- Strong content editing skills (Reels / TikTok) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Understanding of engagement and community building
Important
This role is focused on execution and community management.
All strategic direction, campaign ideas, and content frameworks will be provided by the brand.
