- Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon and Shopify product catalogs, including titles, attributes, taxonomy, pricing, and inventory status
- Optimize product data for SEO, discoverability, and conversion across marketplaces
- Own in-stock management and inventory accuracy, partnering with supply chain as needed
- Analyze sales performance, run rates, and trends to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Create and optimize product imagery and content to improve conversion
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track catalog health, inventory, and sales performance
- Requirements
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Shopify
- Comfort working across data management, analytics, and content optimization
- Solid grasp of eCommerce SEO, conversion drivers, and merchandising best practices
- Proficiency with common eCommerce, analytics, and content tools (spreadsheets, BI tools, PIMs, CMS, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex datasets end-to-end
- Can work part-time EST hours
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
