Title: Family Law Partner / Senior Attorney
Location: California (Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County – Remote)
Compensation: $220,000–$350,000+ Total compensation (DOE + Book of Business)

We’re partnered with a growing California family law firm seeking a Partner-level Attorney as its specialized matrimonial practice continues to expand across the Bay Area and Southern California.
This firm focuses exclusively on complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce, custody, and support litigation. With multiple offices across California and a strong reputation in the space, they offer a sophisticated platform for experienced attorneys looking to elevate their practice.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior attorney with a book of business who is seeking greater support, transparency, and long-term stability. The firm provides a highly collaborative environment, strong operational and paralegal support, and flexibility depending on whether you prefer to focus on client origination, case strategy, or team leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of family law experience
- JD and active California bar admission in good standing
- Demonstrated experience handling complex divorce and custody matters
- Partial or full book of business preferred
- Strong courtroom presence and client management skills
Bonus Points:
- CFLS designation (or equivalent high-level experience)
- Experience across multiple California jurisdictions
- Interest in mentoring junior attorneys or leading teams
