Job Description

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. The Staffing Coordinator will ensure clients’ hiring needs are met by tracking data, identifying trends, and fostering relationships with employees and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Audit and maintain recruiting report data
  • Work with SF Success Factors (Recruitment) as well as PeopleSoft
  • Work on monthly due diligence audit reports
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with fellow staff and external client
  • Ability to adapt well to change based on client needs
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Understand and follow client HR policies and procedures
  • Assist client via email and phone
  • Other duties, as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or manager

Skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic general knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Strong knowledge of basic computer operations in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors highly desired
