Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join their team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving denied claims, and ensuring a world-class customer experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will work with various stakeholders to address client needs accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner averaging 50-60 calls per day
- Follow approved standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
- Evaluate current policies and SOP’s and give recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Document all accounts ensuring guidelines and regulations are followed
- Communicate via telephone with a physician, insurance company and patients
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year or more Customer Service experience
- 1 year or more high-volume call experience
- 1 year or more healthcare or medical experience
