As the Client Concierge, you will own the client experience, guiding clients from onboarding to case closure while ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.

- Own the client experience from day one, building trust, reducing stress, and keeping clients aligned with their goals
- Guide clients from onboarding to case closure, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way
