goop is a lifestyle platform dedicated to exploration, curation, and groundbreaking conversation. The Assistant, People Operations will support goop’s People team across a variety of recruiting, operational, and team initiatives that help shape the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks including document organization, filing, and maintaining internal records
- Help manage recruiting logistics including interview calendars, candidate communications, and interview preparation materials across corporate and retail roles
- Support talent acquisition branding initiatives and special projects that enhance the candidate experience
- Working on an internal audit of employee & candidate facing material, updating it to 2026 standard
Skills
- Current undergraduate student, recent graduate, or early-career professional interested in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment
