Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining payroll elements, balances, and policies within Oracle HCM Cloud
• Support payroll processing activities including data validation, payroll runs, and reconciliation of outputs
• Help gather business requirements from HR/finance teams and translate them into system configurations
• Perform data uploads, report generation, and basic analysis using Oracle tools and Excel
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues, test system changes, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to support implementation, upgrades, and ongoing payroll operations
