Job Description

Veritext Legal Solutions is the global leader in technology-enabled court reporting services and litigation support solutions. The Litigation Support Associate will play a vital role in assisting clients with their data needs during the litigation process, including the intake and processing of transcripts and ensuring data accessibility.

Responsibilities

Work closely with court reporters to process/produce deposition transcripts
Run quality control on vendor provided data, adhere to their instructions/notes and reconcile inconsistencies
Ensure orders and products are processed accurately, timely and confidentially in accordance with all state and federal regulations
Send deliverables electronically to clients and assist them with accessing their data through proprietary software
Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to court reporters

Skills

Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent eye for detail, an independent thinker, organized and able to multitask
Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
