The role involves a range of responsibilities that require critical thinking skills and familiarity with South Carolina Civil Litigation and Family Law.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation and familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
- Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home for remote applicants
- Clio proficiency preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote applicants
- Able to track billable and non-billable time and record time accurately in our case management system
Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of South Carolina Civil Litigation experience
- Proven experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation and familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
- Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home for remote applicants
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
