Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Representative to enhance client relationships and contribute to branch success. This role involves engaging with clients, assessing their needs, and providing support in compliance and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Make a key impact on the branch atmosphere as the official face of Fidelity
- Inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity
- Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
- Offer support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients daily
- Identify leads and make effective introductions to directly impact the success of the branch
- Be a technology champion for the branch and share knowledge with the team
Skills
- Customer service, phone, or financial services experience
- Banking, insurance, or financial experience
- Ability to learn the FINRA licensing material and work to obtain the Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful
- Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
- An aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Being coachable, collaborative, and curious
