As a Specialist in Application Integration, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and deployment of applications, while also managing operational tasks and supporting the team with documentation and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Manage the team's ticket queue to resolve incidents and perform operational tasks. Be the initial contact for related issues and concerns from clients and employees
Support the installation/upgrades of applications, including patches and major releases of custom developed and COTS software
Create knowledge articles for supported applications
Create documentation for all procedures
Collaborate with Information Technology teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations
The primary responsibilities of this position occur during business hours, however there is some evening and weekend work related to projects, planned maintenance, and on-call support

Skills

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
0-3 years of support in an application environment
Evaluate complex data and multiple perspectives to make informed, and well-reasoned decisions
