The Change Management Analyst role focuses on driving technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and technology solutions on time and within scope by managing the end-to-end lifecycle and implementing delivery frameworks tailored to business initiatives
Act as a liaison between technology, product management and other departments facilitating transparency, communication, and marketing efforts to ensure effective implementation
Help resolve impediments with internal departments to support the successful delivery of value in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Partner closely with the Product Management team to align roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
Communicate progress, challenges and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and transparency
Promote and implement the use of modern development tools and technologies including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD)
Develop and track key performance indicators to measure and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on team performance, technical debt and progress

Skills

Experience in change management and product marketing
Strong background in technology delivery, project management, or product ownership
Ability to partner closely with Product Management and business stakeholders
Experience translating strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans
Comfortable using metrics and KPIs to measure team performance, delivery velocity, and value realization
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to senior leadership
