Wunsupona is a start-up that focuses on corporate wellness through innovative experiences. They are seeking an Operations and Client Success Coordinator to manage client relationships, ensure project execution, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a selection of corporate clients (typically HR leaders and benefits brokers)
- Join client calls and ensure clear, timely follow-up
- Respond to client questions same day whenever possible
- Proactively anticipate needs so clients do not have to ask
- Deliver a white-glove experience from start to finish
- Ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for on-site and virtual experiences
- Ensure coaches and facilitators are booked, confirmed, and prepared
- Manage pre-event details so execution runs smoothly
- Maintain and update CRM
- Support email communications, forms and content
Skills
- 1–4 years in client success, account management, project management, or similar
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Fast, responsive, and reliable
- Proactive and resourceful
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- High ownership mindset
- Experience with HR, wellness, or benefits-related work
- Startup or service-based business experience
