Sundays is a world-class executive assistant service for working parents, and they are seeking an extraordinary executive assistant to join their team. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring efficient meeting operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including expense tracking/submission, calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling
- Ensure key meetings run efficiently by preparing draft agendas with pre-wire documents in advance and coordinating select follow-ups on meeting action items
- Help organize and maintain the client’s cloud-based document system, maintain an organized and searchable document library (e.g., cleaning up folder structures, consistent naming)
- Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead to keep the client’s time focused on the highest priorities
- Manage special projects that may touch ops, product, or client engagement
- Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
- Maintain complete confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

- Experience sharing and managing documents securely
- Experience with file cloud management platforms (e.g, OneDrive, SharePoint, Egnyte)
