Nationwide is a Fortune 100 company focused on delivering extraordinary care to help individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their future. They are seeking a motivated New Business Support Associate to provide phone-based assistance regarding pending life insurance applications and ensure the smooth processing of new applications and policies.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the processing and customer service of new life insurance applications, including data entry, document verification, and agent calls
- Communicates with clients and agents to gather necessary information and resolve any application issues
- Maintains accurate records and update internal systems with application status and client information
- Collaborates with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
- Provides exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing updates on application status
- Assists with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Participates in training sessions and team huddles to stay updated on company policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and Lean continuous improvement initiatives
