Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prism Data Consulting is dedicated to helping data professionals find their best fit. They are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to handle a high volume of calls and engage positively with customers in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls while conducting telephone screenings
- Engage in positive interactions with customers to effectively meet their needs
- Utilize personal computer equipment and internet service to perform job functions
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home office environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Skills
- Must be available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S
- Strong communication and computer navigation skills
- Reliable personal computer with specified technical requirements
- Willingness to consent to a background check
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with using various computer applications and software
