Job Description
Frostbite is a part of Electronic Arts, focused on creating next-level entertainment experiences through their proprietary game engine. The role involves collaborating with senior engineers to develop and enhance character technology, while also participating in coding, debugging, and team discussions.
Responsibilities
- You will work with senior engineers to implement and improve features for character technology, including rigging, customization, and digital avatars
- You will write and test code for components, tools, or prototypes that support our character systems and player experiences
- You will participate in code reviews, team meetings, and technical discussions to grow your engineering skills with us
- You will debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with peers and senior team members to improve our workflows
Skills
- 1-5 years of professional experience programming in C++ and C# (or equivalent object-oriented languages)
- Knowledge of 3D mathematics, including linear algebra, vectors, and matrices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
