Job Description

Experity is a mission-driven team transforming on-demand healthcare across the U.S., empowering urgent care clinics with industry-leading software. The Business Development Representative will strategize with Account Executives to identify key accounts, generate Sales Qualified Leads, and utilize sales tools to track activities.


Responsibilities

  • Strategize with your Account Executives to identify strategies to target key accounts within their territories to uncover new opportunities
  • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests
  • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by outbound account-based targeting through cold-calling, emailing and other forms of digital prospecting
  • Learn how to have value-based discussions with prospects
  • Identify decision-makers amongst target accounts and challenge yourself to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meetings and call objectives
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce.com and SalesLoft to track daily and weekly sales activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • Active experience in creative lead generation and prospecting based on target client lists
  • One year outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity metrics
