Englobe is a company committed to making a positive impact through various projects in the environmental and renewable energy sectors. The Fuel Management Analyst will manage data acquisition and reporting for clients, ensuring efficiency and quality in fuel data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the data acquisition and importation for assigned Statistical Inventory Reconciliation clients
- Daily reporting on quality and efficiency of daily stock, sales and delivery of client’s fuel data
- Follow-up on absent data sets
- Use data analysis and manipulation to track performance and key metrics
- Provide effective solutions to resolve client issues
- Generate monthly summary reports
- Send reports and invoices to clients
- Monthly Meetings with clients on reports, providing feedback and recommendations
- Managing and communicating testing and calibration schedules with clients
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
Skills
- College or University education in Business Administration
- Experience performing administrative tasks, including accurate reporting, meeting deadlines, and applying strong critical‑thinking skills
- Familiarity with data transfer issues
- Excellent organization skills
- Knowledge Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/French), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
