Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. USI Insurance Services is a leading retirement plan consulting and benefits administration firm. They are seeking a Call Center Benefit Service Representative to provide high-level customer service to retired participants, assist with inquiries, and process defined benefit transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist retirees with routine inquiries
- Process retiree defined benefit transactions
- Ensure accuracy of inquiries and transactions within service level agreement parameters
- Document requests and inquiries in the internal case management system
- Includes creating workflows for internal research requests
- Learn technical rules for client benefit plans
- Follow call center guidelines and protocol in the day-to-day operations
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills, able to set priorities, and manage deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Resourceful, eager to learn new concepts, and further professional development
- Ability to define problems and generate potential solutions
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Associates degree preferred
