Missing In Action (MIA) is a Detroit-based outdoor haircare brand on a mission to make the outdoors more accessible. They are looking for a resourceful, self-directed Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO who thrives in a fast-moving environment and will help build the operational foundation of a growing consumer brand.

Maintaining systems

Skills

Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in a startup, small business, or fast paced environment
You learn new software quickly and independently
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Based in Detroit or willing to relocate
Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, CPG, or entrepreneurship
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Apollo, Excel or similar tools
Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Experience supporting a founder or executive directly
Passion for outdoor lifestyle, natural hair, or clean beauty
