Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Driven Brands Inc. is the largest coaching and training company for Owners of Independent Repair Shops in the US and Canada. They are seeking a New Business Development Rep to drive attendance for events aimed at automotive shop owners, focusing on lead qualification and effective communication of value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S
- Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments
- Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals
- Following up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national teamβs post-event outreach
Skills
- 1+ years of automotive experience
- Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with CRM tools, remote communication platforms, and tracking KPIs
- Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions
- 1+ years of sales experience
