- Requirements
- A proven track record of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments.
- Strong US employment landscape knowledge to effectively support our US-based teams and leadership.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable people priorities.
- Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning to help us scale effectively.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity.
- Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) and a degree in a related field
