Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trial Attorney role located in Irvine, CA. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload of complex litigation matters. Daily tasks include preparing motions, conducting depositions, representing clients in court, and handling trials. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards, and ensuring timely and strategic management of legal cases.
- Qualifications
- Expert knowledge and experience in Law, Courts, and Trials
- Proficiency in preparing and filing legal Motions and other court documents
- Extensive experience and skill in conducting Depositions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Active licensure in good standing to practice law in the state of California
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a trial attorney, preferably within the insurance or litigation sectors
