Job Description
- Senior Retail Director responsible for overseeing retail operations of a geographic area, consulting cross-functionally to shape and own a pillar of the retail business, and coaching and developing people. Must have 4+ years in a leadership role for a group of stores and/or retail operations, 10 years retail store and/or store operation experience.Requirements
- Manage and grow a dispersed, diverse team of retail leaders
- Consult with senior leaders and cross-functional Store Support Center (SSC) partners
- Shape and influence strategy and initiatives to drive growth
- Create, drive, and execute market growth strategy
- Drive consistency in performance across lululemon stores in market
- Ensure financial goals are met by monitoring key metrics
- Build retail leader capabilities and skillsets
- Represent the Vice President and lululemon as delegated Benefits
