- Duties
- Conduct engaging virtual fitness sessions tailored to women’s health and strength training needs
- Design customized workout programs based on clients’ goals, fitness levels, and medical considerations
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor progress through regular assessments and adjust programs to optimize results
- Provide motivational support and guidance to help clients stay committed and overcome challenges
- Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and program modifications
- Promote memberships and additional services that complement fitness goals
- Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to women’s health and strength training
- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching
- Ability to design effective fitness programs that incorporate principles of exercise science
- Excellent communication skills for teaching physical education virtually with clarity and enthusiasm
- Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and promoting health club offerings is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to motivate diverse clients in a virtual setting while maintaining professionalism
- Certification in personal training or group fitness from recognized organizations is preferred
