About Tagada
Tagada is the all-in-one ecommerce OS with built-in payment processing. We help performance-driven online merchants run their entire business from a single platform: funnels, checkout, subscriptions, analytics, and smart payment routing. We're live, we're growing, merchants are onboarding, and the buzz is building. Now we need someone to pour fuel on the fire.
The Role
We're looking for a senior Growth & Community Manager to build and scale Tagada's digital footprint across every channel that matters. This isn't a "schedule posts and call it a day" role. You'll be the voice of Tagada online, driving awareness, engagement, and inbound interest through content, community, and strategic partnerships.
What You'll Own
Content creation and distribution across X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and niche ecommerce communities
Product demos, walkthroughs, and short-form video content that showcase what Tagada can do
Discord server management: growing the community, moderating, running events and conversations
Partnerships with relevant - Discord servers, Telegram groups, and online communities in the ecommerce/payments space
Active presence in Telegram groups and forums where merchants hang out
Posting on niche pages, directories, and platforms where our audience lives
Tracking what works, doubling down on it, and killing what doesn't
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in growth, community, or content marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce
Deep knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem is a must. You know Shopify, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels, payment processors, subscription tools, and how merchants actually think and operate day to day
You've built online communities before, not just managed them
Strong copywriting skills, you can write content that doesn't sound like corporate fluff
Comfortable on camera for demos and video content
Native or near-native English
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding. We move fast and expect you to move with us
What We Offer
$60K base + performance bonus tied to leads you generate + profit sharing. Total comp can realistically exceed $120K when you deliver. The more you grow Tagada, the more you earn. Simple.
