The Senior Counsel Privacy & Data Protection Officer will act as our primary Data Protection Officer, ensuring that we process the personal data of our data subjects in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. This role involves serving as the main contact for data subjects, third-party data processors, and data protection supervisory authorities. You will also be responsible for developing and overseeing our privacy governance framework, policies, agreements, and standards for the business, including the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreements.

- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of a state bar
- Proven experience in privacy and data protection law
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations
