The Project
You'll be embedded with our team onsite to design, build, and deliver a complete ERP training program β from curriculum design through live training sessions. This isn't a remote or advisory role; we need someone hands-on and present throughout the project.
What You'll Be Doing
Build a full ERP training curriculum tailored to warehouse and distribution workflows
Create end-user guides, SOPs, job aids, and quick reference materials for all user types (associates, managers, admins)
Run working sessions with department leads across IT, supply chain, finance, and operations to validate content and close training gaps
Deliver live and/or recorded training sessions ahead of system go-live
Maintain a centralized training knowledge base that the team can reference post-launch
Who We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience building ERP training materials and documentation (please include examples or portfolio in your proposal)
Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar platform
Ability to translate complex system workflows into simple, practical instructions for non-technical users
Strong communicator who can run stakeholder sessions and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Background in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain is a strong plus
Experience with eLearning tools, screen recording, or video tutorials is a bonus

Role-based ERP training curriculum
End-user training guides with screenshots and workflow maps
SOPs for key ERP-driven processes
Quick reference job aids for high-frequency tasks
Live and/or recorded training sessions prior to go-live
Project Details
Duration: 3β6 months
Rate: $30β$50/hr (based on experience)
Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL β 5 days/week required
Start: ASAP
