BEFORE EVERYTHING: This is a revenue-share opportunity with no upfront cash compensation for the first few months. The workload is light (2–3 hours per week), but the potential upside is significant.
We are a Hong Kong-based IT services and consulting agency looking for a business development partner in the United States to help establish a local legal presence and grow our U.S. operations.
About the role:
- Help set up and register a U.S. LLC under a new business name
- Act as the local representative for our U.S. entity
- Occasionally join client demos (roughly once a week or every two weeks)
Time commitment:
- Light workload: 2–3 hours per week
Compensation:
- Revenue-share model (no upfront cash compensation for the first few months)
- Flexible structure based on mutual agreement
