Job Description
Job Description:
We are building a small, clinician-friendly group practice focused on providing consistent referrals and minimizing administrative burden so therapists can focus on client care.
This is an ideal opportunity for licensed clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a steady stream of clients without the challenges of running a solo practice.

- Referral support and client matching
- Administrative and intake coordination (we handle initial inquiries and help match clients to you)
- Billing and credentialing (including insurance paneling)
- Fully remote option, with in-person space available if desired
- Streamlined systems so you can focus primarily on clinical work
- Compensation:
- Compensation is based on a percentage split per session (approximately 70% to clinician)
- Estimated earnings: $90–$140 per hour depending on payer mix
- Opportunity to build caseload quickly with referral support
- Requirements:
- Fully licensed in New Mexico (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
