Job Description
- The Vice President, People & Business Partnerships will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all divisional people teams, ensuring consistent implementation of people programs and practices across operational areas to drive alignment with enterprise business and people priorities.Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Typically requires 10 years of experience in human resources in a large health system or similarly sized/structured business.
- Includes 7 years of management experience in directing and leading comprehensive human resources functions within a complex organization. Benefits
