Overview
We are seeking talented Freelance Web Developers and Software Engineers to join a curated, high-impact network for side collaborations. This flexible opportunity is ideal for professionals who want to work on innovative, real-world client projects without the burden of sourcing clients or managing sales.
You’ll contribute to projects sourced through Upwork-style platforms, while I act as the primary broker and client lead, handling acquisition, scoping, and communication. This allows you to focus on building, shipping, and collaborating.
Projects span web apps, software systems, and digital experiences—designed to challenge your skills, expand your portfolio, and connect you with long-term collaborators.
- What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web and software applications
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies
- Integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL) and third-party services
- Collaborate with a small, agile team on scoped client projects
- Participate in technical vetting/interviews for incoming 1099 collaborators (as needed)
- Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and clean code practices
- Support lightweight project planning and technical decision-making
- Compensation
- Percentage-based per project (based on scope and contribution)

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in web development or software engineering
- Strong portfolio, GitHub, or demonstrated project work
- Proficiency in modern frontend and/or backend technologies
- Experience with APIs, databases, and version control systems
- Understanding of system architecture, scalable design, and SDLC best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Comfortable participating in technical interviews / developer vetting
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt across projects
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile workflows and sprint planning
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles, wireframing, and user flows
- Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization
- Prior freelance or contract experience
