- Own all aspects of YouTube ad campaign setup and optimization as the primary channel manager.
- Manage YouTube and Demand Generation campaign formats in Google Ads/Google Ads Editor with various Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives.
- Act as the internal and external POC for live and upcoming campaigns, make proactive recommendations to achieve client KPIs, implement requested changes, and ensure client requests are operationalized.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
- Manage day to day tasks and responsibilities utilizing the team’s project management platform.
- Monitor campaign pacing and adjust budgets and bids as necessary to deliver in full.
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads across all YouTube ad formats and objectives (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).
- Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k+
- Thorough understanding of Google Ads mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/tag implementations, and bid/budget management.
- Proactive approach to campaign optimization and strategy.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
