We’re hiring a YouTube VA to manage channel publishing and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and Upload videos and schedule releases
- Write SEO titles, descriptions, tags
- Create thumbnails (Use Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Manage playlists + channel organization
- Suggest video topics based on analytics
- Weekly reporting on views, CTR, retention
Requirements:
- YouTube SEO knowledge
- Thumbnail design ability
- Understanding of audience retention
- Organized and consistent
We are looking for a manager who will take the lead in managing the all aspects of YouTube marketing for the company -- to grow the brand and help incentivize our viewers to head to our website, purchase products, join our membership programs and download our mobile app.
