The Waterstone Valuation Group team is growing! We are searching for Certified Residential Appraisers to become part of our team. We offer the opportunity for appraisers to focus on what they love doing while achieving a great work/life balance! As appraisers ourselves, we know that appraisers are some of the hardest working professionals out there, so let us take some weight off your shoulders with our dedicated admin support staff.
Position:
We’re looking for Certified Appraisers who are ready to be a part of a growing company. The pay is a split fee for providing appraisal orders and admin support. The range of pay for this position is $50,000-150,000 annually.
- Candidates:
- Certified in the state of Georgia
- Total experience required
- Prompt communication skills
- Hard working and timeliness
- Strong analytical and research skills and attention to detail
- Dedicated to exceptional quality
- Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes in a timely manner and professionally
- Evaluate properties to establish current market values in accordance with USPAP
- Provide high level of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact
- Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices
