Seeking an automation specialist to build a complete lead generation and management system for a Saudi law firm.
Stack: n8n (self-hosted) — OpenClaw — Tally.so — WhatsApp Business API — Apollo.io — Instantly.ai — Notion CRM — WordPress — Google Analytics
In short: Deploy and connect all tools, build an AI Agent on WhatsApp to receive and classify leads, full automation from lead capture to notification and CRM logging.

Project Overview: We are a Saudi Arabia-based law firm. We need an experienced n8n automation specialist to build our complete marketing and lead management system from scratch.
Scope of Work:
1. Infrastructure:
Deploy self-hosted n8n on VPS (Hetzner or DigitalOcean)
Configure subdomain:
SSL setup and server security
2. Intake Form:
Build bilingual (Arabic/English) intake form on Tally.so
Content and design already prepared
Embed on WordPress website
3. n8n Workflows:
Tally form submission → n8n trigger
Instant WhatsApp Business notification for every new lead
Auto-classify leads (Urgent / Foreign Company / Individual)
Auto-reply to client via WhatsApp or email
Auto-log every lead to Notion CRM
Weekly automated report to Google Sheets
4. Outreach Tools Setup:
Configure Apollo.io and connect to n8n
Configure Instantly.ai and connect to n8n
Workflow: Instantly reply → instant notification → log to Notion
5. Google Setup:
Connect Google Search Console to WordPress
Set up Google Analytics 4 via Site Kit Plugin
Set up Google Business Profile
6. Deliverables:
Full documentation of everything built
Short walkthrough video for daily use
2 weeks post-delivery support
