Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Siebel CRM Consultant to support and enhance existing Siebel applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, development, and production support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and develop solutions within the Oracle Siebel CRM
- Customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools
- Develop and maintain business components, workflows, and applets
- Work on Siebel scripting (eScript / VBScript)
- Perform integration with external systems using EAI / Web Services
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and stability
- Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience
- Strong expertise in Siebel Configuration and Development
- Experience with Siebel Tools and Workflow
- Knowledge of eScript / VBScript
- Experience with Siebel EAI, Integration, and Web Services
- Good understanding of RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Siebel upgrade or migration projects
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms (good to have)
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Responsibilities (Support/Production ā if applicable):
- Monitor and support Siebel applications in production
- Handle incident management and root cause analysis
- Work on enhancements and change requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
