Develop and implement data loss prevention strategies and technologies to protect sensitive data and prevent potential data breaches.
Maintain and update data loss prevention systems to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and analyze data loss prevention alerts and incidents, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to enhance data security.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data security trends and technologies, and proactively suggest enhancements to existing systems.
Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on data security best practices and policies.
Investigate and respond to data loss incidents, and provide timely and accurate reports to relevant stakeholders.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert on data loss prevention for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to data loss prevention processes and systems.
Continuously evaluate and improve data loss prevention processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to implement new data loss prevention technologies and tools.
Communicate and coordinate with other security teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to data security.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
