- *Key Responsibilities**
- Build, manage, and grow client relationships; drive a
- *$1M+ book of business**
- through new and existing clients.
- Lead, moderate, and deliver high-quality qualitative and mixed-methods research projects, including advisory boards, focus groups, and/or real-world evidence studies.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure scientific rigor, actionable insights, and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, including
- *AI applications in market research and pharma,**
- to keep the firm at the cutting edge.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture.
- *Ideal Candidate**
- Proven track record in

- or consulting, preferably a SME in a certain 'niche'
- Comfortable in a
