We are hiring an experienced Oracle R2R Functional Consultant with strong ERP implementation experience. The role involves end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Financials (Fusion/EBS) with a focus on Record-to-Report processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations (2–3 cycles mandatory)
- Configure and manage Oracle R2R modules (GL, SLA, FA, Cash Management)
- Design Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Accounting Rules & Workflows
- Drive month-end & year-end close processes
- Work on financial reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher / SmartView)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (P2P, O2C, Tax, Projects)
- Support UAT, SIT, Go-Live & Hypercare phases
- Ensure compliance with audit, SOX & accounting standards
- Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP – R2R modules
- Hands-on experience in ERP Implementation (minimum 2–3 projects)
- Strong knowledge of GL, SLA, FA, Intercompany Accounting
- Experience in month-end close, reconciliations & financial reporting
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion (preferred) or EBS
- Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity environments
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Good to Have
- Oracle Fusion Certification
- Experience with EPM / FCCS / ARCS
- Basic SQL knowledge
