About the position
The Analyst participates in planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance/support, and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to assigned EPIC Willow applications
- Requirements
- Associate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Capable of quickly absorbing knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations.
- 2 years of acute care or retail experience.
- Clinical Licensure Pharmacy/Tech upon hire
- Analysts supporting Epic will have or obtain Epic Certification in their primary application within three months of completing the first Epic class.
- Obtaining and maintenance of Epic Certification in the primary application is a mandatory job requirement.
- Nice-to-haves
- RPh, Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years' experience in Information Technology.
- IT background, Effective oral, written communication, and follow-up skills. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Task management and problem-solving skills expected. Project management and leadership experience desired.
- Requires strong self-motivation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver.
- 3-5 years of acute care or retail experience.
