You will be the first voice many people hear when they reach out to a law firm during one of the hardest moments of their lives. Your ability to listen, connect, and respond with both warmth and urgency is what makes the difference between a conversation and a conversion.
This is not a scripted, transactional position. You will need to think quickly, read people accurately, and move conversations forward with intention. High call volume is part of the job —but the quality of every interaction is what we measure success by.
The income potential here is real. Strong performers consistently earn between $60,000–$90,000+ annually. But we want to be clear: the money follows the mission. People who come in looking for a sales commission will not thrive here. People who genuinely connect with callers —and then convert them because of that connection— will.

Ramp-Up & Earnings Timeline
This is not a “quick money” role — it’s a skill-based, performance-driven opportunity where income grows as you improve.
- We want to be transparent about what success looks like over time:
- First 30 days: Focus is on training, learning systems, and building foundational skills. You are not expected to be fully performance-driven yet.
- 30–60 days: You begin ramping into production, applying what you’ve learned, and starting to generate consistent results.
- 60–90 days: Most team members reach full performance capacity and begin hitting strong bonus levels.
Top performers may accelerate faster, but this is the typical progression. The individuals who commit to the process, stay consistent, and actively improve are the ones who see the highest earning outcomes.
- What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls at high volume
- Respond quickly to new leads —speed and presence matter
- Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and screen cases with empathy
- Schedule attorney consultations and guide callers through next steps
- Follow up via phone, text, and email
- Log accurate case notes into internal systems
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews

- Requirements — Non-Negotiable
- 2+ years in a high-volume call center environment (100–150 calls/day)
- Professional-level English fluency (spoken and written) — assessed live
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM — tested and assessed live
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- Not a primary caregiver during scheduled work hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Weekend availability required (7-day operation, 8:30AM–12AM EST)
- Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in a law firm (Personal Injury or Family Law preferred)
- Background in service-driven sales or high-performance customer roles
- Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts available during day or afternoon hours
- Weekend shifts required (rotational or fixed)
- Overtime may be available based on performance and business needs
Compensation & Benefits
Base:$29,200–$31,020 annually (~$14–15/hour)
Bonuses:Uncapped performance bonuses paid twice a month
- Typical performance after ramp-up (60–90 days):
- ~$500/month: low baseline (typically not long-term due to underperformance)
- $1,000–$3,000/month: strong performance
- $5,000+/month: top performers
Promotion Path: Phone Intake Specialist → Legal Intake Specialist → Shift Supervisor/Team Lead
Training: Paid, structured training with ongoing coaching
Time Off: Paid Company Holidays
