- Assist with the preparation and delivery of live and virtual sales training courses
- Support new hire training programs, including coordination, materials preparation, and learner engagement activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop and update training content across multiple dental disciplines
- Create and edit eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
- Upload, manage, and track training content within the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS)
- Help analyze learner feedback and training effectiveness data
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Product Management, Sales, and Education teams
- Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in sales, healthcare, or professional education
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with eLearning tools is a plus but not required
