- Support the design, management, and maintenance of SRGM performance management best practices and processes
- Executes complex analyses to support the development of promotional optimization and recommendations
- Supports the Director, Trade Promotions Strategy with other ad hoc analytical tasks
- Requirements:
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent
- 2+ years of business experience, with experience in CPG industry a significant plus
- Strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Powerpoint / Thinkcell)
- Solid analytical skills and business / financial acumen
- Solid collaboration and communication skills
- Problem-solving mentality, intellectually curious
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Solid knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances is a plus
- Solid working knowledge of SAP is a plus
